1. How much data do you collect for your quarterly
ADVP notes. Do organizations keep daily documentation? We have
recently been reviewed and some of their suggestions are beyond
reasonable for a quarterly note and I am wondering how other places
document their quarterly notes.
2. For organizations that do not do have any restrictive
interventions, how do you handle situations when individuals become
aggressive and attack staff members or other participants. Are staff
allowed to intervene in any way?
