At NCARF we Create Employment Solutions

The North Carolina Association of Rehabilitation Facilities (NCARF) is a professional organization dedicated to assisting its member community rehabilitation programs in the provision of services to individuals with disabilities.  NCARF is composed of members representing forty-one of North Carolina's community rehabilitation programs. Functioning as the unified voice of community-based rehabilitation programs, NCARF is dedicated to ensuring that citizens of North Carolina are aware of the services provided by its members.

Community rehabilitation programs are a unique combination of a vocational rehabilitation programs, a job placement agency and a business.
