A CRP located in Jacksonville, NC has an immediate opening for a Rehabilitation Director.
Requirements
- Masters Degree in rehabilitation counseling or related field.
- Two years experience working with adults with disabilities.
- Strong counseling, supervision and management skills.
Duties:
- Supervises the Vocational Evaluation, Employee Development, and Job Coach programs
- Provides assistance and leadership in the plannig, development, implementation and coordination of the service programs in the CRP
- Responsible for coordination of activities within the CRP that relate to the rehabilitation component and other CRP activities
- Responsible for coordinating services from Vocational Rehabilitation in the referral and screening of trainees entering any of the CRP programs
- Provides a similar function in coordinating services with other groups or agencies such as Social Services, Mental Health, schools, citizens and/or service groups and any other group or person relating to training services.
