2007 NCARF Legislative Agenda

• Support the Legislative Oversight Committee’s recommendation to increase funding for Supported Employment.  NCARF will work to increase the proposed funding from $1.5 million to $7 million.  In addition, NCARF will work to change the language to ensure that the funds go to pay for Supported Employment Long-term Support for the DD/MH populations.
  
  
• Support the Legislative Oversight Committee’s recommendation to implement an annual 2% inflationary increase for all MH/DD/SA state funded services.
