About NCARF: Mission/Vision

NCARF Mission

The mission of the North Carolina Association of Rehabilitation Facilities is to act on behalf of members in maximizing opportunities for persons with barriers to employment and independence.

NCARF Vision

NCARF will assist members in becoming economically self-sufficient while providing exemplary services that promote employment, independence, and economic well-being to persons with employment barriers by:

• Being a powerful voice within the legislature and State agencies,

• Providing support and technical assistance to members that allow them to become less dependent on government funds while fulfilling their individual missions, and

• Promoting member agencies’ programs and achievements to the public.
